I am Email Marketing specialist for a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole SA (France number-one banking group) since septembrer 2007.
In charge of email marketing effectiveness, strategy & development. Achievement of a detailed marketing strategy of email campaigns on acquisition & retention customer using automatic scenarios with a high-level tool (Neolane).
Mainly worked on :
- Campaign management and optimization (acquisition and retention)
- integration of concepts such as split-testing, profiling, and scoring,
- definition of fully-featured workflows to manage email marketing actions, automation of email marketing campaigns and personalised alerts and notifications,
- Tracking reports to analyse, compare and evaluate performance of messages.
